Cancellation fee rule
If you cancel the procedure less than 24 hours in advance, our company will be forced to withhold 50% of the cost of the scheduled procedure.
Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment. If you know you are running late, please let us know in advance. If you arrive later than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, you may have to reschedule your appointment. This will trigger the cancellation policy. We love and respect all of our clients. And we hope for mutual respect from our clients.
